5-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All eligible Chicwoodz furniture comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers:

• Structural defects caused by manufacturing

• Defects in joints and wooden framework

• Manufacturing-related workmanship issues

• Premature structural failure under normal household use

Lifetime Termite & Borer Warranty

Our solid-wood furniture comes with a lifetime warranty against termite and wood-borer infestation, subject to the warranty terms and conditions.

This warranty is intended to protect your investment against termite and borer-related issues during the lifetime of the product.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, stains or accidental damage

• Damage caused by improper use or negligence

• Damage caused by excessive moisture, water leakage or flooding

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Upholstery, fabric, foam or cushioning deterioration due to normal use

• Damage caused by outdoor exposure unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use

Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Chicwoodz Customer Support with your order details and photographs/videos showing the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the warranty terms.
